Junior Operations Officer- AIFM

(Full-time/40 hours per week), permanent position, junior level, starting as soon as possible.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Junior Operations Officer for the authorized AIFM of Innpact group, Innpact Fund Management S.A. The AIFM manages private equity and private debt regulated alternative investment fund vehicles and RAIFs in sustainable finance.

The Junior Operations Officer will report to the Senior Operations Officer.

Job description - Duties and Responsibilities


  • As a member of the Operations team you will be involved in the supervision of the delegates and service provider including due diligence, valuation of assets, coordination of the internal and external audits and the preparation of internal committees together with the senior members of the team to ensure a high level of services and reporting to the clients, senior management, AIFM Board and the regulator.


  • Collection and analysis of documentation for operational due diligence;
  • Collection and analysis of documentation for ongoing monitoring of service providers (KPI, issues and resolutions);
  • Support the review of accounting information (NAV and financial statements);
  • Collect and review data for assets valuation;
  • Be involved in the onboarding of new clients, delegates and service providers;
  • Keep internal records up to date;
  • Support the corporate secretary services for internal committees (agenda, collecting material, drafting minutes).

If you have the following profile, we are highly interested in hearing from you!

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Luxembourg in the funds industry, funds operations, audit or a similar role
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg regulations applicable to AIFMs and AIFs, in particular for illiquid/ non-listed assets;
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or an equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English, any additional language is an asset
  • Solid analytical skills with attention to details, and a structured approach to working and solving problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders
