Fund Management Services

Based in Luxembourg, we are active globally and provide specialized consulting services in the establishment and management support of impact finance initiatives. Innpact has supported the establishment of impact finance vehicles in excess of $ 6 billion providing significant contributions to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.


We are currently looking for a new team member for our Fund Management Services team to manage the day-to-day operational and compliance activities of our clients, notably the Microfinance Enhancement Facility (“MEF”), a $700m microfinance multilayered debt fund, supported by leading Development Banks. You will report directly to the Head of Fund Management Services and be responsible for all matters related to regulatory, compliance and financial operations, including:

  • Manage all fund operational activities including NAV control, financial reporting and budget monitoring, cash management, etc.
  • Manage the relationship with fund administrators and other service providers, monitor their performance, and work with them on improvements
  • Manage all tax and regulatory compliance and reporting in relation to our client’s investment activities
  • Manage all KYC reporting requirements on behalf of our clients
  • Work closely with the RR and the RC of the Fund and support various AML/CFT related responsibilities, including the oversight of delegated parties
  • Assist our clients in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing their AML/CFT policy and the respective procedures and policies
  • Assist and advise colleagues on compliance issues, particularly by informing about new and amended regulations which have an impact on clients
  • Lead bespoke projects and increase efficiencies in the fund operations process, data management systems and reporting processes

The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong desire to align his/her job to deliver sustainable and responsible services and is highly motivated to support the development of the impact finance sector
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the fund services industry in Luxembourg (including fund accounting, audit, transfer agency, compliance etc.)
  • Excellent financial literacy skills, in-depth understanding, and hands-on accounting experience with AIFs (LuxGAAP and IFRS)
  • Excellent knowledge on Luxembourg AML and AIF compliance laws and good general knowledge and understanding of financial market regulation
  • Ideally, an experience in relation to impact investment strategies and structured finance vehicles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Critical thinking, solid analytical skills with attention to details, and a proactive, structured approach to working and solving problems
  • Strong presentation skills and assertiveness
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken English. French is considered a plus.
