Junior Microfinance Fund Consultant - Impact Finance Funds

We are currently looking for a Junior Microfinance Fund Consultant in Impact Finance Funds .

Your role:

  • The role of Junior Microfinance Fund Consultant is to support the team acting as a portfolio manager coordinating the investment management processes of a global microfinance debt fund and reporting to the investment Committee and the Board of Directors of the fund.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the team on the preparation of periodic portfolio monitoring reports and proactively improve existing Excel reporting tools and templates
  • Organise and maintain the document management system supporting the portfolio management activity of the Fund
  • Support the organisation of Investment committee meetings including organisation/logistics/admin aspects
  • Automate certain workflows with the aim of enhancing efficiency and reliability of processes of the team
  • Assist in the drafting/revision:update of internal procedures

  • A university graduate in Finance/Business/Administration.
  • With a first experience in the finance/fund industry, eager to support the development of microfinance and more generally impact finance.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, French and/or German is a plus.
  • Aspiring to work for a growing and dynamic firm.
