HR Project Manager- CDD - Maternity/parental leave replacement

 

Starting in July

We are currently looking for an HR Project Manager.

Your role:

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for all the tasks linked to HR and Administrative matters under the supervision of the HR Director.

Your tasks:

  • Being responsible for the recruitment process (writing, publish and follow-up job advertisements, screening CVs, organizing and conducting interviews, following-up of candidates and updating filing system, liaising with Adem as necessary).
  • Being responsible for the trainings (planification and registrations to requested trainings, enquire about training opportunities, organizing Lunch & Learn sessions).
  • Updating training database (following-up of documentation needed for Subsidies request).
  • Conducting full employee onboarding process.
  • Coordinating employee performance review process.
  • Leading and/or contributing to any other HR projects.

If you have the following profile, we are highly interested in hearing from you!

  • Master's degree in HR, Administration or Business.
  • 2 years minimum of relevant working experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and of Luxembourg Labour Laws.

Impact Funds Financial Model Consultant

To support our growth, we are looking for an Impact Funds Financial Model Consultant who will report to the Management Committee member responsible for advisory.

Your role:

The role of the Impact Funds Financial Model Consultant is to assist the Innpact team in all aspects related to financial analysis and modeling.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyse cash flow schemes of investment strategies/cases and translate into investment portfolio model.
  • Review and challenge projections financial model submitted by fund initiators.
  • Design, create and maintain custom and detailed projections financial models for the launch of impact finance funds.
  • Support existing impact funds by maintaining and enhancing operating financial models.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis on various projects.
  • In addition, generally support the advisory team in the design and implementation of impact funds including preparation of business plan, design of investment strategy, design of fund structure.

Junior Impact Finance Consultant

To support our growth, we are looking for a Junior Impact Finance Consultant who will be part of the Advisory team.

Your role:

The role of the Junior Impact Finance Consultant will be to support the role of Innpact acting as Agent of the International Climate Finance Accelerator Luxembourg (ICFA) and generally the advisory team in the delivery of services to fund promoters setting up impact finance funds. 

Your responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Support to the Agent of the ICFA

  • Support the coordination of the eligibility and selection process of fund managers including communication, analysis of applications, preparation of required material for the selection committee, organization of selection process workshop.
  • Coordinate support services provided by the ICFA to the selected fund managers including organization of trainings, coaching services, coordination of service providers, management of the financial support to the fund managers.
  • Support the ICFA governing bodies and the Agent in the coordination of Marketing, Relationship Managements and Administrative tasks necessary for the good functioning of the ICFA.

Support to Fund Promoters in designing their impact finance funds

  • Support the promoter in the design of the vehicle including: fund concept, investment and investors strategy, elaboration of financial models, design of the investment structure, selection of the appropriate domicile and legal form, drafting of the Term Sheet and support in the negotiation with potential investors.
  • Support the implementation of the vehicle designed: support the preparation of the business plan and marketing materials for the distribution of the vehicle, selection of service providers, coordinate the drafting of legal documentations, support the promoter in fund raising effort, assistance in the closing phase.

Market Intelligence and Business Development

  • Support researches on trends of impact finance fund sector for internal and external purposes.
  • Support the business development and prospecting efforts of Innpact.

  • An excellent project manager and strongly proficient in Excel.

  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, Luxemburgish is considered as a plus.

Receptionist / Office Management Assistant

Your role:

The Receptionist / Office Management Assistant will collaborate with the Director in charge of all the tasks related to Reception and Office Management matters.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring front-desk activity (reception, telephone coverage, mail and correspondence management).
  • Welcoming guests and visitors.
  • Organising meetings and events (internals and externals).
  • Managing the office supplies and dealing with the suppliers (for ex. Courier Service, IT provider, Office supplies and Service providers).
  • Coordinating the actions linked to Office management (Control the tidiness and operational functionality of the house, signal repairs to be done to the ManCom member in charge of facilities; implement the necessary steps to organize repairs).
  • Organising travel arrangements (booking flights, hotels).
  • Supporting actions linked to marketing output (for ex. Website, Marketing material).
  • Providing general administrative support and assistance to the team.

Your role:

The HR Intern will collaborate with the HR team in all the tasks related to HR and Administrative matters. 

Your tasks:

  • Provide support and assistance to the team in various HR related topics & projects.
  • Support the recruitment process (publish and follow-up job advertisements, organize interviews, participation to the interviews, follow-up of candidates and update filing system).
  • Support HR social media initiative.
  • Support the onboarding process (prepare welcome packs, participation to the welcoming of new employees).
  • Ensure the follow-up of trainings and conferences documentation needed for Subsidies request.
