Co-founder of Innpact, Patrick Goodman is an expert consultant in the establishment of impact finance vehicles. He has in-depth understanding of all operational, financial and legal processes of investment vehicles backed by more than twenty years experience in the banking and fund industry. He last worked for Citibank Luxembourg as Vice President in charge of the Sales and Account Management Team. Patrick holds a masters degree in commercial engineering from the Solvay Business School, Brussels.
Arnaud Gillin is Partner and co-founder of Innpact. Arnaud is leading the fund setup services including feasibility analysis, definition of investment strategies, market studies, financial modelling and operational and legal implementation. With over 17 funding structures designed, Arnaud has developed a strong expertise in the structuring of impact investment funds which account today for more than USD 3bn invested in sectors such as microfinance, climate change, energy efficiency, education, housing, agriculture and social entrepreneurship. Arnaud has 17 years of experience in the financial services sector. Prior to Innpact, Arnaud worked as consultant in financial services and investment funds with Accenture and as risk manager and project manager at the Banque de Luxembourg. He holds a MSc. in Management from the Louvain School of Management in Belgium and Master in Microfinance from the Solvay Business School, Brussels.
Corinne is in charge of business development, marketing, IT and facilities.
She has 25 years of experience at Banque de Luxembourg in services to corporates, institutional clients and investment funds and is deeply involved in microfinance and impact finance since many years through various engagements in Europe and in Asia. Corinne sits on the board of ADA - Inclusive Finance. She holds a Master in Economics and a Bachelor in Law from Universités de Strasbourg, France as well as a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD Singapore and is certified independent Director by the Luxembourg Institute of DIrectors.
Corinne loves playing the piano, travelling and jogging.
Paola has more than twelve years' experience in the financial services industry, having previously covered different roles at the Luxembourg branch of Brown Brothers Harriman, a prominent custodian and administrative agent with offices worldwide. She joined Innpact in May 2012. She holds a Masters in International Economics and International Relations from the "Universitá Cattolica di Milano" and is graduated from the Boulder Institute of Microfinance.
After having received a polyvalent education as Business Engineer completed with a Master's degree in Business and Administration, Astrid Bormans has acquired more than 14 years of experience in different fields such as project management, strategic and operational marketing, sales, communication and management in SME's and multinationals. Astrid Bormans has also taught Industrial Marketing for seven years at EPHEC.
Adriana is a Consultant at Innpact working with the advisory team on the structuring of impact finance funds from concept to governance, financial model, term sheet and selection of service providers. She is an expert in Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) including Theory of Change, impact investment strategy, impact integration from due diligence to exit, governance, performance mechanisms linked to impact targets, monitoring and reporting. Adriana is certified Oxford Impact Measurement Programme, SPI4 qualified auditor, GIIN IMM and EVPA IMM. Before joining Innpact in 2013, Adriana collaborated with the Italian National Body for Micro-credit where she participated in the research and preparation reports about European Structural Funds, private funds for microfinance and other research activities for her Master Thesis ''European funds for Microfinance". Adriana graduated in economics with full marks and holds a master's degree in banking and finance from University of Rome La Sapienza where she received the ''Award Degree of Excellence for the Academic year 2011/2012".
Ashish is a Junior Consultant at Innpact working with the Advisory team. His focus is on Impact measurement and management, fund structuring and financial modelling. Prior to joining Innpact, Ashish worked with Ecobank, Criteo and Amadeus. He wrote his master thesis on “Impact investing in India”. Ashish is a graduate of EDHEC Business School, France and also spent his final year on exchange in HHL Leipzig, Germany.
Aziza worked for more than six years as a funds lawyer with different leading and international law firms in Luxembourg. Aziza gained extensive experience in corporate and investment fund related matters with a particular focus on private equity, infrastructure and real estate. She advised on regulatory issues and transactional aspects. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2011. She graduated from the University of Strasbourg, she holds a certificate in English legal studies from Erasmus University of Leicester and a Master in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Carine has seventeen years’ experience in the financial sector. After obtaining a "Diplôme Universitaire Technologique en Gestion des Entreprises et Administration" from the Institute of technology in Metz in 1999, Carine started her career in Luxembourg funds administration with Citibank. Working exclusively in the last twelve years for the Microfinance sector as senior fund accountant and administration relationship manager, she joined Innpact in November 2017 as Senior Fund Account Manager.
Cerstin is associated with Innpact as a Senior Consultant. She draws on a wealth of 25 years of transactional, operational and strategic experience in investment and advisory work. She also has extensive experience in institutional development and governance as well as grant and aid due diligence and management. As manager, team leader, or expert adviser, she previously worked as staff with institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), KfW Entwicklungsbank, DFID/UK and as an independent consultant.
Senior Legal Officer at Innpact, Charles has more than ten years of experience as lawyer in the Luxembourg financial sector. Charles gained his experience as corporate lawyer during 2 years in Ernst and Young Luxembourg and 4 years with Aviva Investors as lawyer working for their Luxembourg Management Company. He holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Louvain in Belgium.
Christelle has five years experience in the financial sector. Christelle worked two years as auditor of private equity structures and commercial companies with Deloitte and two years working in banks. She holds a Master in Sustainable Development from the CERDI (Centre d'Etudes et de Recherches sur le Développement International), Clermont Ferrand and a Master in commercial and consular sciences from ICHEC, Brussels.
Christéphanie joined Innpact as an Office Management Assistant in 2018. After obtaining diplomas in art, languages, and accounting, Chris previously worked as a telemarketer for a business consulting firm and as a credit controller for a management support company in Mauritius.
Senior Consultant at Innpact, Christophe is an investment management professional with several years of experience in microfinance investment and business development services, including market research, product development, marketing and program funding. He worked three years as an investment officer in the Middle East and North Africa with Grameen-Jameel Microfinance Limited and two years working as a program manager for a NGO in Senegal. He holds a Master in Corporate Law from the University of West Brittany in France and a M. Phil in International Development from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.
After her diploma in foreign languages (French, English, German, Spanish), Cinzia Regalbuto worked as Executive/Personal Assistant for several companies, from communication to tourism, from legal to finance.
She came to Luxembourg in 2013 to work for the European Investment Bank (Lending Operations - Western Balkans and Western Europe departments) as Administrative Assistant.
At Innpact she is the Assistant to the Fund Account Management Team.
Before joining Innpact as Fund Reporting Solutions Analyst, Guillaume worked in several banks (BGL BNP PARIBAS, Nordea, Bank of New York Mellon) and in an insurance company in Luxembourg. His main role, as an Excel/Access macros developer, was to analyse processes and develop technical solutions to decrease operational errors, increase quality of data and gain time. He holds a Production Engineering Diploma from the Engineering School of Cherbourg with an Erasmus program (6 months) at the Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (Stockholm, Sweden) in production engineering and a master of finance “Trading and asset management” from the Business School INSEEC Paris.
Joanna has more than eight years of experience within the financial services sector in Luxembourg. After several years in the non-governmental organisations in Poland and in France Joanna worked for the European Institutions in Luxembourg. Prior to joining Innpact Joanna worked several years as Company Administrator for one of the word largest private equity company in Luxembourg. She then worked for two trust & corporate service providers. She worked as Legal Officer for the TMF Group and as a Senior Relationship Manager Legal for Intertrust. She holds a Master Degree from the University of Lodz in Poland and from the University of Every Val d’Essonne in France.
Kejia joined Innpact in October 2015, prior to which she worked as a corporate lawyer in the Luxembourg financial sector at an international management company and gained experience in public international law at a rule of law institute in The Hague and at the UN Yugoslavia Tribunal. She is admitted to the New York Bar, holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting & Law from the University of Manchester, and a LL.M. European Master in Law & Economics from the University of Bologna and Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
Lennart joined the Innpact team in June 2018. He previously worked for a Luxembourg Family Office as Portfolio & Risk Manager for 3 years before joining a start-up in Wealth Management as Chief Operating Officer. Lennart volunteers on a regular basis with Doctors of the World and enjoys running and swimming. Lennart holds a BSc in Politics and Economics from Cardiff University, an MSc in Politics and Business Management from Sciences Po Bordeaux and is currently doing a part-time LLM in Public International Law.
Before joining Innpact as a Fund consultant, Marco developed a strong background within the financial sector. After sound experiences in the Corporate Banking and Asset Management. He moved to the Advisory & Consultancy where He worked for 3 years as a financial advisor and project manager with a focus on banks and investment funds. Marco spent more than one year in south-east Asia where he had his first exposure to microfinance and impact investing. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Administration, Control and Finance from the LUISS University of Rome and a Master of Science in Finance Management from Bocconi University.
Marie holds a Master's degree in Political Sciences with orientation in International Relations as well as an International Master in Cultures and Development Studies. Marie has more than four years of experience in administration and in monitoring/evaluation of development projects. Marie has worked for the European Commission in Brussels and has gained international experience by working with local development organizations in Ecuador. At Innpact she is mainly involved in administration, the logistic preparation of Board meetings, marketing, trainings and conferences. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
Prior to joining Innpact in 2016, Melis was a trainee lawyer at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg and had worked at Clifford Chance LLP in London on an interim basis and a Turkish law firm in Ankara as an associate focusing on corporate law beforehand. She is admitted to Ankara Bar, holds a BA in Law from Bilkent University and a LL.M. degree in International Business Law from King’s College London.
Michael is a Senior Consultant focused on business development with new investors and fund managers. Michael brings 25 years of experience as a managing partner and member of the investment committee on three pioneer funds in venture capital, technology, media and telecom, growth and renewable energy projects. He has raised capital and worked closely with the leading European DFIs, banks and international PE fund managers as partners.
Michael has set-up and closed funds in a range of jurisdictions and has been active in fund administration and reporting. He has worked in East Africa advising on clean cooking and energy grass projects. Previously he was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch, then joined USAID as Chief of Mission of the USAID - Macedonia Business Resource Center project and led on privatisations under a USAID mandate. Michael has a joint MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management and Stern School, New York and is a registered Architect with degrees in Architecture and Building Science.
Morgana has worked in the Luxembourg financial industry for over five years and joined Innpact in May 2015. She graduated with an MSc in European and International Politics, focusing on development cooperation, from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Russia and Eurasian studies from the University of Mississippi. Morgana also holds a certification in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance.
Before joining Innpact as a Junior Microfinance consultant, Nawel completed an internship within the European Center for Nuclear Research’s pension fund as a Private equity analyst. Then, she joined the European Investment Fund as a Financial and Functional Analyst Consultant in the Mandate Services Division. Attracted by responsible investments and impact finance since the beginning of her studies, Nawel has worked on impact reporting, thus consolidating her desire to focus her career on Impact Investing and join Innpact.
Nawel holds a Master Degree from ESDES Lyon, Business School of Management for Social and Economic development with a major in Financial Markets. This degree has been completed by a Master Thesis received with First Class honours: Socially Responsible Investment Funds in corporate governance - The shareholder engagement policy.
After her graduation from an Msc. In Business, majored in Finance and entrepreneurship, at Neoma Business School in Reims (Sup de Co), Rebecca has been working for two years in Edmond de Rothschild Europe in Luxembourg in the Risk Management Department. Her interest for social and environmental impact has led her to join Innpact. On her free time, Rebecca works on a startup which aims at promoting social enterprises.
Rosa has more than seventeen years’ experience in the Luxembourg financial industry.
She has been working for several institutions such as BNP, Société Générale, KBL and Fidelity Investment earning experience in portfolio management, risk management, valuation and control in both UCITS and AIFs.
Rosa holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Madrid and a Risk Management certificate from ICHEC Brussels.
On her free time, she is volunteer coach in a micro credit institution.
Sigridur has more than ten year experience within the financial services sector across areas such as project management, relationship management, corporate finance, equity research, restructuring and product development. She holds a BSc in Mechanical- and Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland, a certificate in Sustainable Development from the University of Luxembourg and is currently working towards a Master degree in Responsible Management from Steinbeis University in Berlin.
Tina has more than five years of administrative experience of which two years in Canada and Australia. She has experience in multiple fields like Administration, Accounting, Communication and Sales. At Innpact she is mainly involved in HR, Marketing and the logistic preparation of Board meetings. Tina holds a degree in Management Assistant for Office Communications from IHK Trier. She is fluent in German and English.
As a Financial Controller, Vincent is in charge of developing the necessary tools, analyses and dashboards for an effective management. After an apprenticeship in Chartered Accounting and a Master in Controlling & Audit, Vincent worked for 15 years in various international companies in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France and Luxembourg. He joined Innpact in 2017, thus matching his strong convictions related to sustainability with his professional experience in accounting, treasury, financial & operational controlling as well as VBA coding and software implementation.
