Co-founder of Innpact, Patrick Goodman is an expert consultant in the establishment of impact finance vehicles. He has an in-depth understanding of all operational, financial and legal processes of investment vehicles backed by more than twenty-five years experience in the banking and fund industry. He last worked for Citibank Luxembourg as Vice President in charge of the Sales and Account Management Team. Patrick holds a master degree in commercial engineering from the Solvay Business School, Brussels.
Arnaud Gillin is Partner and co-founder of Innpact. He is leading the fund setup services including feasibility analysis, definition of investment strategies, market studies, financial modelling and operational and legal implementation. With over 25 funding structures designed, Arnaud has developed a strong expertise in the structuring of impact investment funds which account today for more than USD 6bn invested in sectors such as microfinance, climate change, energy efficiency, education, housing, agriculture and social entrepreneurship. Arnaud has 17 years of experience in the financial services sector. Prior to Innpact, he worked as a consultant in financial services and investment funds with Accenture and as risk manager and project manager at Banque de Luxembourg. He holds a MSc. in Management from the Louvain School of Management in Belgium and Master in Microfinance from the Solvay Business School, Brussels.
Corinne had more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, a.o. related to corporate and institutional clients as well as investment funds. Passionate about impact finance, she had co-developed numerous impact sector initiatives. She co-chaired the ALFI Responsible investing committee and sat on the Board of several impact funds, inclusive finance associations as well as the ICFA-International Climate Finance Accelerator Luxembourg.
Corinne held a Master in Business management and a Bachelor in Law from Universités de Strasbourg, France as well as a Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD, Singapore.

Paola has more than 20 years’ experience in the Luxembourg financial services industry. Having covered various roles at Brown Brothers Harriman Luxembourg branch and at Clearstream, she joined Innpact in 2012. Paola is Head of Board Advisory services, supporting the management bodies of impact finance investment funds promoted by international development finance institutions. She also oversees the sustainability initiatives of the company and is a member of the Management Committee of Innpact.
Paola is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the “Univeristá di Trento”, she holds a Masters in International Economics and International Relations from the “Universitá Cattolica di Milano” and is a graduate of the Boulder Institute of Microfinance.
Sigridur has more than ten years experience within the financial services sector across areas such as project management, relationship management, corporate finance, equity research, restructuring and product development. She holds a BSc in Mechanical- and Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland, a certificate in Sustainable Development from the University of Luxembourg and is currently working towards a Master degree in Responsible Management from Steinbeis University in Berlin.
Adriana is Associate Director and Senior Consultant at Innpact where she leads the advisory team on the structuring of impact finance funds. Expert in Impact Measurement and Management (‘IMM’), Adriana has worked on 25+ impact fund projects and brings 8 years’ experience in leading and coordinating the planning and development of funds structure, theory of change, impact investment strategy, investment process, governance, performance mechanisms, monitoring and reporting. She currently supports impact finance funds as Impact Officer/E&S Safeguards Specialist assisting fund managers and boards in impact measurement and management, sustainability risk management and development of IMM documents. Adriana is PMP certified project manager, SPI4 qualified auditor, Oxford - IMM Programme, GIIN - IMM training for fund managers, EVPA - IMM framework, Fitch - ESG Factors, and she is an active member of GIIN’s IRIS+ working groups. Before joining Innpact in 2013, Adriana collaborated with the Italian National Body for Micro-credit where she participated in research activities about European Structural Funds. Adriana graduated in economics with full marks and holds a master's degree in banking and finance from University of Rome La Sapienza where she received the ''Award Degree of Excellence for the Academic year 2011/2012".
Alice joined Innpact in November 2021 as a marketing manager. She has over 10 years of experience in the marketing and communication sector and has entrepreneurial experience. Prior to this position, Alice worked as a web project manager for L’Oréal in Paris. In Luxembourg, she worked as a copywriter and concept creator for the advertising agency Agacom, as a content manager for Tomatis Development, and she created a logistics company that she developed within the BPM Logistics Group. Alice holds a master's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Communication from Celsa Paris-Sorbonne University and a degree in French literature.
Prior to joining Innpact (Mauritius) Ltd, Aneza worked as Finance Manager at Samena Capital Mauritius Management, where she was responsible for the day to day operations, reports and regulatory reporting for the corporate entities within the group. Aneza also gained experience in a local textile company where she was appointed as Finance Manager for a year. She was responsible of the accounts department, main contact for the banks and other financial institutions, she was liaising with different departments and report to the CEO and the Board. For the past ten years she was working as fund accountant and senior fund accountant at Adenia Partners Ltd and DTOS Ltd respectively. At Adenia Partners Ltd, she was responsible for the day to day running of the investment portfolios and at DTOS Ltd she had a diversified portfolio of clients to look after. Aneza is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.
Antoine de Martel has more than 15 years of financial management experience as corporate finance executive within the Luxembourg financial service industry. He started his career in Luxembourg as financial auditor at KPMG, managing a portfolio of funds and industrial or commercial clients. He spent 10 years at Kneip, the leader in fund data management and reporting solutions for the asset management industry, where he led the Finance, Business Intelligence, Risk Management and Key Account Management functions. After working for Arendt & Medernach as Senior Finance Manager, Antoine joined Innpact in 2021 as Head of Finance and Administration, in charge of the Finance, IT, Marketing and Office Management functions. Antoine holds a MBA from the ESSEC Business school in France and he is a Chartered Accountant in the UK (ACCA).
Bénédicte has 20 years of experience in the fund industry, as a member of the management for the supervision of the funds operations, risk and client relationship, and previously in fund accounting, fund analytics, risk and financial management. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds Master degrees in Pure Mathematics from the University of Caen, France, Statistics and Economietrics from the Université des Sciences Sociales and Université Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France.
Camille joined the Innpact team in February 2022. She previously worked as an investment funds lawyer at Linklaters LLP where she gained 4 years of experience in investment fund governance and structuring in Luxembourg. She also advised asset managers on the implementation of sustainable finance regulations. Camille’s interest for sustainable development and impact investing, as well as her motivation to address environmental and social challenges, have led her to join Innpact. Camille studied at ESSEC Business School (France) where she graduated with a Master of Science in Management. In addition, she holds a Master in Business Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), a Master in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg and is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
Carine has seventeen years’ experience in the financial sector. After obtaining a "Diplôme Universitaire Technologique en Gestion des Entreprises et Administration" from the Institute of technology in Metz in 1999, Carine started her career in Luxembourg funds administration with Citibank. Working exclusively in the last twelve years for the Microfinance sector as senior fund accountant and administration relationship manager, she joined Innpact in November 2017 and is working as a Senior Fund Manager.
Cerstin is associated with Innpact as a Senior Consultant. She draws on a wealth of 25 years of transactional, operational and strategic experience in investment and advisory work. She also has extensive experience in institutional development and governance as well as grant and aid due diligence and management. As manager, team leader, or expert adviser, she previously worked as staff with institutions such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC), KfW Entwicklungsbank, DFID/UK and as an independent consultant.
Chantal joined Innpact as Junior Consultant supporting the Advisory Team on the structuring of impact funds. Prior to this job, Chantal worked for Amnesty International in The Netherlands/South Australia for 3 years and as a Microfinance Consultant for the Saving Banks Foundation for International Cooperation (SBFIC) - Sparkasse in Rwanda, East Africa, on strengthening the Microfinance Capacity Building and fostering Digital Finance. She holds a Master in Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University (Netherlands), where she graduated with Double Honors. Her master thesis on ESG rating agencies’ alignment, Financial Materiality and Sustainable Banking practices was developed while working as an intern at PwC Luxembourg with the goal of supporting retail and corporate Luxembourgish banks shifting to more sustainable products.
Charles Kirsch is Head of Legal Services at Innpact S.A. He has more than 16 years of experience as lawyer in the Luxembourg financial sector. He gained his experience as corporate lawyer during 2 years in Ernst and Young Luxembourg and 4 years with Aviva Investors as lawyer for their investment funds. Charles is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Compliance Officer of Innpact Fund Management S.A., the Luxembourg authorised alternative investment fund manager within Innpact. He holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium.
Christelle has more than 10 years of experience within the financial sector, in particular the fund industry, across areas such as impact finance, blended finance structures, risk management, impact management, governance, monitoring and reporting. She holds a Master in Sustainable Development from the CERDI (Centre d'Etudes et de Recherches en Développement International - CNRS), Clermont Ferrand and a Master in commercial and consular sciences from ICHEC, Brussels.
Christéphanie joined Innpact as an Office Management Assistant in 2018. After obtaining diplomas in art, languages, and accounting, Chris previously worked as a telemarketer for a business consulting firm and as a credit controller for a management support company in Mauritius.
Senior Consultant at Innpact, Christophe is an investment management professional with several years of experience in microfinance investment and business development services, including market research, product development, marketing and program funding. He worked three years as an investment officer in the Middle East and North Africa with Grameen-Jameel Microfinance Limited and two years working as a program manager for a NGO in Senegal. He holds a Master in Corporate Law from the University of West Brittany in France and a M. Phil in International Development from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.
After her diploma in foreign languages (French, English, German and Spanish), Cinzia Regalbuto worked in Italy as Executive/Personal Assistant for several companies in different fields such as marketing&communication, tourism, legal and finance. She moved to Luxembourg in 2013 to work for the European Investment Bank (Lending Operations - Western Balkans and Western Europe departments) as Administrative Assistant. She is actually the Office Manager at Innpact.
Claudia Dambax is the deputy head of the Board Advisory team. She has in-depth experiences in the fund structuring, operational management, legal, corporate governance and board advisory. She is experienced with a broad client base from private clients, ultra high-networth individuals to institutional clients, international financial institutions and development finance institutions. She works for more than 15 years in the financial services sector at the private sector and at European level. She administered and managed UCITS and alternative investments funds (as VC/PE, private debt, real estate) and since 2010 focusses on the sustainable finance space and its (public-private-partnership) funds. Prior to joining Innpact, Claudia worked for Oppenheim Asset Management, Deutsche Asset Management and for the European Investment Fund. Claudia studied at the Free University Berlin (Germany), at the Wilfrid Laurier University (Canada) and at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Germany). In addition, she holds a certification in Sustainable Business Strategy from the Harvard Business School. Claudia is business fluent in her mother tongue German, English and French.
Dayo joined Innpact as a Sustainability Risk Expert supporting the Advisory Team on the structuring of impact funds and providing ESG risk assessments. He brings extensive international experience in macroeconomic research especially in the areas of trade, finance, and investment; and ESG risk following over 10 years’ experience in the industry. He previously worked with UNIDO and the World Bank Group where he focused on private sector engagement and ESG risk assessments. Throughout his career, Dayo has been opportune to work on project across the globe with most recent projects in the South-East Asia and Balkan Region. Dayo holds a PhD in Development Economics from Manchester, and a MSc in Investment and Risk Finance from London.
Originally from Togo, Doris moved to France after obtaining her Baccalauréat, to pursue higher education. She graduated from the Toulouse University where she obtained a Master degree in Legal Strategies for International Development. Doris also holds an Advanced Masters degree in International Business Law and Management from the ESSEC Business School. In addition, she holds certificates in financial analysis, asset management and followed financial modelling training. Prior to joining Innpact in 2020, Doris served as an in-house lawyer at ARDIAN in Luxembourg where she was involved in the structuring and follow-up of Private Equity investment vehicles. In her will to bridge the gap between her yearning for social good and her professional background in the investment field, Doris joined the Executive Msc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics where she has been involved, inter alia, in the design of a social business, social impact measurement and management, blended finance, behavioral economics, altruistic leadership, understanding and tackling the challenges of hybrid economies, leveraging on technology to foster social impact.
Elisa joined Innpact in 2021. She supports the advisory team in the elaboration of the tailored Impact Management and Measurement strategies, integration of Sustainable Finance Regulations into the investment process of impact investment funds, as well as with business development and research tasks. Elisa has three years of experience as Project Manager. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po and a bachelor's degree in Sustainable Business from University of Parma, where she graduated cum Laude in 2020.
Before joining Innpact as a Junior Board Advisor, Emelie worked with an impact-focused private equity fund at Nordea Asset Management in Luxembourg. Prior to this, she was a financial accountant at EF Education First, working in their Amsterdam and then Malta locations. Emelie holds a degree of MA Hons. in Finance and Politics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. During her studies, she completed several internships in Germany and Austria in areas such as corporate banking, international statistical cooperation as well as in international educational exchange in the public sector
Etienne joined Innpact in May 2021 as Expert Fund Manager for the Microfinance Enhancement Facility (MEF). He brings extensive international experience in the impact investment space following over 13 years of experience in the finance industry, including over 10 years within IFC’s Financial Institutions Group with a specific focus on investments in the microfinance, banking and leasing sectors. Throughout his career, Etienne was based in various countries and had the opportunity to lead projects in a number of emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Middle East, with the aim of maximizing development impact. Etienne holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France.
Filip joined Innpact as Senior Fund Manager for the Microfinance Enhancement Facility (MEF) in May 2022. Over more than 9 years he has built his expertise in Investment Management and Asset and Liability Management with focus on fixed income portfolios. Prior to joining the team, Filip was with Raiffeisen Group, where he was managing the investment portfolio of the group’s unit in Bulgaria and together with Raiffeisen Bank International was developing the Sustainable Bond Issuance in the country as well as the Sustainable Products’ Road Map for 2021-2023. Filip is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder and holds a MSc degree in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a BSc degree in Economics Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Before joining Innpact as Fund Manager, Germán worked at Nomura Bank in Luxembourg as a Structured products Analyst. Prior to moving to Luxembourg, Germán developed his financial industry experience in his native country – Spain - at Santander Asset Management in the Institutional investment management department, and at Société Générale Investment and Corporate Banking in fixed income markets. His expertise lies in portfolio analysis & monitoring and investment assessment. He holds a Master in Corporate finance from Universidad Complutense of Madrid, where his thesis on agricultural finance was selected to be published. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in public management and managerial economics from the University of Vigo and University of Wroclaw. Finally, he is certified in Microfinance at Frankfurt School of Business and Finance.
Irene joined Innpact as a Junior Board Advisor. She has experience in the microfinance industry to which she has dedicated the last three years of her career. Prior to this job, Irene worked as a Loan Advisor at PerMicro S.p.A. in Italy, acquiring knowledge in the microcredit analysis and financial counselling and expertise in the client relationship management. She worked as a Project Assistant at the European Microfinance Network in Brussels, where she has strengthened her experience in liaising and negotiating with key partners across Europe and in the implementation and reporting of EU funded projects. Irene holds a Postgraduate Master Degree in Microfinance and Financial Inclusion from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master Degree in International Relations from the University of Turin, where she graduated with Honors. Her passion for social impact and financial inclusion always oriented her professional path and has led her to join Innpact, to help building a sustainable and inclusive future.
Jasmin is an Independent Consultant supporting Innpact in a variety of areas such as Advisory, Marketing and Placement, as well as leading content creation for our newly-developed Innpact Academy. Prior to joining Innpact Jasmin worked for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs focusing on CDP for-profit development funding and non-profit grants. Her previous experience includes working as a Business Consultant for United Nations organizations such as IFAD and FAO, with a focus on agricultural and aquaculture development projects. Holding a Master's in International Business from EAE Business School in Madrid and a Master's in Resource Geopolitics, Sustainable Development and Arctic Studies obtained from the UN Association of Italy, she is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish with a working knowledge of French.
Joanna has more than eight years of experience within the financial services sector in Luxembourg. After several years in the non-governmental organisations in Poland and in France Joanna worked for the European Institutions in Luxembourg. Prior to joining Innpact Joanna worked several years as Company Administrator for one of the word largest private equity company in Luxembourg. She then worked for two trust & corporate service providers. She worked as Legal Officer for the TMF Group and as a Senior Relationship Manager Legal for Intertrust. She holds a Master Degree from the University of Lodz in Poland and from the University of Every Val d’Essonne in France.
Julia has many years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting and auditing. Prior to joining Innpact as a Finance Expert, she worked for professional accounting firms and international trust companies where she was responsible for regulatory, statutory and management reporting for a broad portfolio of multinational clients. Julia holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and is a Qualified Accountant (FCCA).
Julie currently works as a Junior Consultant in the Advisory department. She holds a bachelor’s degree from McGill University where she studied Political Science, Economics & History. In Montreal, she participated and won a microfinance competition, called SLASummit, which acted as an incubator for grassroots & sustainable development projects in Latin America. This inspired her to get her master’s in International Relations from the IE School of Global & Public Affairs in Madrid, where she worked with the Inter-American Court of Humans Rights for her Capstone thesis. She also has experience in Communications, working at the European Court of Auditors and Arendt.
Kejia joined Innpact in October 2015, prior to which she worked as a corporate lawyer in the Luxembourg financial sector at an international management company and gained experience in public international law at a rule of law institute in The Hague and at the UN Yugoslavia Tribunal. She is admitted to the New York Bar, holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting & Law from the University of Manchester, and a LL.M. European Master in Law & Economics from the University of Bologna and Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
Kevin was born in Benin where he spent most of his life and got a Bachelor degree in Statistics. He pursued his studies in France at Université de Lorraine where he obtained a Master 2 degree in Expertise Statistique pour l’Economie et la Finance in 2018. Before joining Innpact as a Reporting Solutions Analyst, Kevin worked with FundRock as a Reporting Officer.
Lucia joined Innpact in 2020 as part of the Finance Team supporting on budgeting and reporting cycles as well as developing tools and data pipelines. Before joining, Lucia spent 3 years as an Accountant and Junior Financial Controller in a pharmaceutical company in Milan, Italy. She has a BSc in Management and Business Administration from Bocconi University. With bigger social goals in mind, Lucia is ready to make an impact on the world.
Marina joined Innpact as part of Microfinance Enhancement Facility team, prior to which she has established a solid professional background within the financial industry, where she has worked as consultant and fund reporting specialist for 4 years in various projects with main focus on banks and asset management. Beforehand, she completed an integrated traineeship program in the European Investment Bank, mainly involved in structuring of funds and negotiation of mandates within the Joint Initiative for sustainable rural development in the EU. She holds a BA(Hons) in Economics from the University of Piraeus (Greece), and an Advanced Master’s degree in Finance from the Graduate School of Management of the University of Rennes (France). Her genuine interest in developments through investments which have an impact on society by fostering the change and make a difference on people’s life, was an incentive to join Innpact.
Prior to joining Innpact in 2016, Melis was a trainee lawyer at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg and had worked at Clifford Chance LLP in London on an interim basis and a Turkish law firm in Ankara as an associate focusing on corporate law beforehand. She is admitted to Ankara Bar, holds a BA in Law from Bilkent University and a LL.M. degree in International Business Law from King’s College London.
Michael joined Innpact as Conducting Officer and is a member of the AIFM Mancom. He is also responsible of the business development. He brings 25 years of experience as a managing partner and member of the investment committee on three pioneer funds in venture capital, technology, media and telecom, growth and renewable energy projects. He has raised capital and worked closely with the leading European DFIs, banks and international PE fund managers as partners.
Michael has set-up and closed funds in a range of jurisdictions and has been active in fund administration and reporting. He has worked in East Africa advising on clean cooking and energy grass projects. Previously he was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch, then joined USAID as Chief of Mission of the USAID - Macedonia Business Resource Center project and led on privatisations under a USAID mandate. Michael has a joint MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management and Stern School, New York and is a registered Architect with degrees in Architecture and Building Science.
Morgana has worked in the Luxembourg financial industry for over seven years and joined Innpact in May 2015. She holds certifications in Agriculture Finance and Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance. Morgana graduated with an MSc in European and International Politics, focusing on development cooperation, from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Russian and Eurasian studies from the University of Mississippi.
Nawel holds a Master Degree from ESDES Lyon, Business School of Management for Social and Economic development, majored in Financial Markets. This degree has been completed by a Master Thesis: Socially Responsible Investment Funds in corporate governance - The shareholder engagement policy. Before joining Innpact as a consultant, she completed an end of study internship within the European Center for Nuclear Research’s pension fund as a Private equity analyst and then worked at the European Investment Fund as a Financial and Functional Analyst Consultant in the Mandate Services Division.
Raffaele Franchi is Operations Officer at Innpact Fund Management S.A. He had joined the group in September 2020 as Finance Officer and he joined the AIFM in July 2022 to take over this new Operations Officer role. He is graduated in Economics and Management at University of Chieti-Pescara (Italy) and he has acquired a considerable experience in the financial sector, acting as Accountant and Consultant in Italy and in Luxembourg. He has recently obtained a prestigious specialized Master in Private Equity and Investment Funds. Raffaele is firmly convinced that the financial sector can play a key role in building a fairer and greener world.
After her graduation from an Msc. In Business, majored in Finance and entrepreneurship at Neoma Business School in Reims (Sup de Co), Rébecca has been working for two years in Edmond de Rothschild Europe in Luxembourg in the Risk Management Department. Her interest for social and environmental impact has led her to join Innpact. On her free time, Rebecca works on a startup which aims at promoting social enterprises.
Rosa is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg funds industry at Executive level, specialized in ESG and impact finance. She has been working in several institutions such as BNP, Société Générale, KBL and Fidelity Investment gaining experience in portfolio, risk management, valuation and compliance and in both UCITS and AIFs. Rosa holds a Master of B.Sc and a M.Sc in Business Administration and Management from the University Complutense of Madrid and a Risk Management Certificate from ICHEC Brussels.
Prior to joining the Innpact HR Team in July 2018, Séverine worked as an independent HR Consultant and Trainer. Previously she worked as an HR Consultant at SD Worx Luxembourg and was Responsible for the SD Worx Learning Centre until 2015. Before that, Severine was an Assistant Personnel Manager at Hilton Hotel in Luxembourg from 2001 to 2006. She completed an additional course in Corporate Social Responsibility in 2008. In addition to her HR consultancy activity, she is a trainer for People Management and HR topics and manages a sustainable grocery shop founded in 2012.
Tina is part of the HR team at Innpact. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of Finance, HR, Sales, Administration and Communication. She has also gained international experience by working two years abroad in companies in Canada and Australia. Tina holds a degree in Office Management and is fluent in English and German.
Valtteri is Conducting Officer in charge of Portfolio Management at Innpact AIFM leading the investment activities of the AIFM. Valtteri has been working the past ten years in financial services sector in Luxembourg and prior to that in Spain. He gained his experience as Conducting Officer of Portfolio Management at Alter Domus Management Company covering a wide range of investment strategies including private equity and venture capital funds with sustainable investment objective. Previously he worked as a Manager in Blackstone owned insurance company called Lombard International Assurance and was an Associate at Bank of New York Mellon. Valtteri is a CFA Charterholder and he holds a Master’s degree in Finance from IEB in Spain and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Jyvaskyla Finland.
